Like meditation (See M is for Meditation) I’ve been trying to develop a yoga practice for years.
But I hate it. I really, truly hate it. I know it’s supposed to be really good for me, but there’s no amount of logic that I can employ that will help me stick with it.
It hurts and it’s boring and I can’t do anything and it’s the single most frustrating thing I put myself through.
BUT….I know I need it. ((sigh))
So I’m wondering if an app will help me with it, like it did with meditation.
What do you think?
I did yoga religiously when we lived in Ecuador, partly because there was a class within walking distance and partly because it was for us older folks. I should have kept it up. I really need it now but can’t get motivated to do it again. I need to – maybe we should become yoga encouragement buddies. LOL!
