Kitchen time
The other day someone asked me what spice I use most.
I could name just one. Instead I revealed the two jars I reach for most often.
Pumpkin Spice — I use it in my coffee. Not only does it taste good, but there’s some evidence that it’s good for your health. (I’m not talking about the sugary kind of pumpkin spice that the coffee shops advertise ad nauseam throughout the Fall. I mean the mix of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.)
Everything Spice Mix — (like you’d find on an everything bagel) I use it on soooo many things: eggs, salad, fish, beef, chicken, zoodles. It adds color, kick and crunch to everything.
